 Regular international flights are likely to resume from March 15

 On 21 Feb government officials said that international flights are is likely to start from 15 march and all the standard operating procedures effective at Indian airports for foreign arrivals and departures. 

 

As covid cases aredecline in-country and vaccination is going at record speed

As regular international flights are suspended from March 2020 due to Covid-19 and international flights are only operating under air bubble contract between countries

And guideline will be revised and of now negative report 72 hrs before has to be submitted online

But we have to wait for official confirmation from the Ministry of civil aviation and DCGA  this decision will be taken after discussing with the health ministry
